Welcome to FakedexBuilder. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Platform ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the services provided via our website and associated applications (collectively, the "Service").

• Attempts to circumvent platform protections, moderation, or security features.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or undermines the integrity of the Platform.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your images, designs, or written material. You grant us a limited license to display your content on the Platform for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

We will never use your content for AI training or sell it to third parties without your explicit consent.

The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

In the event of a refund (granted solely at our discretion), premium features and associated content may be removed from your account.

From time to time, we may host paid-entry competitions. Users on a free plan must pay the specified entry fee; users on a paid plan may receive complimentary access as part of their subscription benefits.

Competition rules, prizes, eligibility, and deadlines will be outlined separately for each event. We reserve the right to modify or cancel competitions at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your account and all related content will be permanently deleted from our servers, except where retention is required by law.

You may also delete your account at any time through your user settings.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or the accuracy of content posted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We may also introduce new features, pricing tiers, or advertising in the future. Such changes will be clearly communicated to users.
